This fazenda / farm is one of the most beautiful constructions from the beginning of the 19th century, the time of the Brazilian coffee boom in the Vale do Paraiba. Located roughly two hours by car from Rio de Janeiro and the international airport. Nearby are touristic places as Vassouras, Valenca, Conservatoria, Petropolis, Itaipava and Araras. The fazenda includes all the historic furniture and decoration pieces. The building is very well preserved, only minor repairs needed. Living area ca. 300 m2, 10 bedrooms, 4 livings, kitchen and facilities. The bathrooms and kitchen facilities are according to modern standards. The land covers ca. 242 000 m2, including gardens, a swimming pool, imperial palm trees, springs with crystal clear water, a housekeepers house and native tropical forest.
